Woodstock, GA Top Personal Injury Lawyer

Attorney Casey W. Stevens began his career in the insurance field in 1989 in Tampa, Florida. He became an insurance claims field adjuster and was transferred to North Carolina, and after a couple of years ended up in the Atlanta, Georgia area as an in-house claims manager. Mr. Stevens worked for some of the largest insurance companies in the world and managed complicated personal injury cases on their behalf. In 1994 Mr. Stevens made the commitment to enter the competitive evening law program at Georgia State University while still working full time. That type of commitment and perseverance is what Attorney Stevens brings to each of his clients' cases today.

Upon graduation, Casey Stevens passed the Georgia bar on his first attempt and was immediately hired by one of the largest insurance defense firms in the State of Georgia, Swift, Currie, McGhee, and Hiers. Feeling he had learned all he could from the heavy-hitting law firm, he moved on to a smaller firm and began managing his own caseload.  By late 1998, Mr. Stevens opened his own firm and has run his own practice for over twenty years. With hundreds of satisfied clients and millions of dollars recovered on personal injury cases, the Law Office of Casey W. Stevens has earned the respect of his colleagues, insurance defense lawyers, mediators and judges throughout the State of Georgia. That is why most of our cases come as referrals from other professionals in our field, and from former clients.

The Law Office of Casey W. Stevens is not a "case mill" that solicits clients on the television or via billboards and hands the cases off to associates and law clerks.  We don't run our office as if it (as if you) is a numbers game.  We handle every personal injury case as if it were our own. The reputation of our firm and our clients' satisfaction is what matters most to us.
